Wallis T. Marsh - Founder
and CEO of the Extex Companies – Mr. Marsh graduated
from The University of Oklahoma in 1990, with a degree in Petroleum
Engineering and went to work for Texaco in their Midland Division
where he was heavily involved in implementing a CO2 flood of the
Mabee Field. After four years working as a production engineer and
a crude oil analyst in Midland, Texas, Levelland, Texas and Universal
City, California, Wallis left Texaco to take a position with THUMS
Long Beach Company (at that time, an ARCO company) as a production
and facilities engineer. At THUMS, Wallis was instrumental in the
redevelopment of the Long Beach Unit, Wilmington Field - the second
largest water flood in the United States. In 1996, Wallis transferred
to Vastar Resources (an ARCO company) in Houston, Texas where he
was a facilities engineer working in the Eastern Gulf of Mexico.
Wallis worked for Ocean Energy as a field production engineer in
the Central Gulf of Mexico during the price collapse of 1998-1999.
Wallis co-founded Extex Production, Inc. in 1996, and Extex Operating
Company in 1998, opening primary offices for the Extex Companies
in Houston, Texas in 2000.

Edward L. Marsh- Executive Vice President
- Mr. Marsh graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1990, with
a degree in Petroleum Engineering and went to work for Unocal Corporation
in Van, Texas. In 1991 Edward was transferred to Lafayette, La working
as a reservoir engineer in the Gulf Coast Region. From 1991 to 1996
he worked with a team of geoscientists redeveloping producing onshore
and offshore fields. In 1996 Edward left Unocal and joined Flores
and Rucks (which became Ocean Energy) as a reservoir engineer. His
duties with Ocean included acquisitions, development and exploration
both onshore and offshore Louisiana and Texas. In 2003 Edward left
Ocean and worked with Extex on jointly owned wells. In 2006 Edward
sold his interests to Extex and went to work with Petsec (Australian
based public oil and gas exploration company) as a Senior Explorationist.
During his tenor at Petsec he helped negotiate a joint venture agreement
with Focus Exploration, an offshore prospect generation company.
Several successful shallow gas discoveries in Mobile Bay were made
under this partnership. In July of 2007 Edward left Petsec to assume
his position with Extex to open the company’s Lafayette office.

James C. Row, CFA - CFO -
Mr. Row is the Chief Financial Officer for Extex Operating and subsidiaries.
Jim is an expert in various areas of energy finance, including;
producer finance, project finance, drilling programs, securities
and risk management. Since 2002 he has originated and arranged capital
raises in the E&P/energy sector as a Principal with Five Star
Capital, Amerifund Capital Securities, and TriStar Energy Investments.
In addition, he has public CFO experience as well as significant
private CFO/COO experience in the energy sector. Previously Jim
was responsible for business origination and development for El
Paso Corp. and Enron Corp. For six years at Enron he was involved
in a variety of business development and finance positions at Enron
Capital & Trade and Enron International. Jim was the Vice President
for Structuring and Bids for power, E&P, and energy service
companies worldwide for Enron International. Jim has worked at the
IFC (International Finance Corporation - investment-banking arm
of The World Bank), Smith Barney (now Citigroup-Salomon Smith Barney)
and Dain Bosworth, Inc. (now RBC Dain Rauscher). Jim holds a B.S.
in Finance from the University of Wyoming, an M.B.A. in Finance
from Arizona State University and a CAS from the American Graduate
School of International Management (Thunderbird). He is a Chartered
Financial Analyst (CFA) and maintains Series 7, 24, and 63 NASD
securities licenses. Jim is also a member of the Houston Society
of Financial Analysts, Turnaround Management Association, Houston
World Affairs Council, and The Baker Institute. In addition, he
is the Precinct Chair and Election Judge for his voting precinct
and Committeeman for Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo.

Robert M. Eckols - VP Engineering
- Robert is a Vice President for Extex Operating Company. Robert
began his oil and gas career in Odessa, Texas in the late 1980’s
as an Environmental and construction consultant. In 1991 he became
the Field Operations Manager for Nova Group Inc., a Houston based
consulting and auditing firm. In 1993, he took a position with Midwest
Equipment Company as the Mid-Continent Division Coordinator. Here
he created an environmental branch of the organization specializing
in hydrocarbon and chloride remediation. During the mid 1990’s,
Robert co-founded a new environmental and construction consulting
firm based in West Texas. The new company quickly grew to one of
the largest and most respected in the Permian Basin. Robert sold
his interest in the organization to his partner and returned to
school in the late 1990’s where he received a Bachelor of
Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas
at Austin. Upon graduating, Robert accepted a position with Conoco
Inc. as a production engineer in the Mid-America business unit.
Here he acquired experience in production, facilities and completions
in the Panhandles of Texas and Oklahoma. After the merger with Phillips
Petroleum Co. in 2002, Robert was transferred to the Gulf Coast
business unit where he worked as a production engineer in the Gulf
coast of Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi. In 2004, Robert joined
Extex Operating Company as an operations manager. He is currently
involved in the development and implementation of the drilling program
as well as recompletions and oversight of daily operations.

Chris Gehrels - VP Operations
- Mr. Gehrels received a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum
Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin in 1986. Chris
began his oil & gas career in 1986 as a Petroleum Engineer specializing
in operations both on and offshore. Chris was an independent consultant
for numerous companies and provided supervision for work-overs,
facilities design, and operations. In 1988, he became Operations
Manager with Bristol Resource where his work was concentrated in
South Texas and the Corpus Christi Bay area. In August of 2000,
Chris joined Extex Operating Company as an Operations Manager. He
is currently involved in the development and implementation of the
drilling program, as well as, playing an integral role in identifying
and planning re-completions and oversight of daily operations. In
November of 2006, Chris was promoted to the position of Vice President
at Extex Operating Company.

Rod Baker - Mr. Baker graduated from Marietta College in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering and began working for Chevron in 1991 as a Production Engineer in their Lafayette, Louisiana office handling both land and offshore properties. In 1993 he left Chevron and went to work for Ocean Energy as a Field Production Engineer working in a number of offshore properties from the bay fields of the Mississippi Delta and the OCS properties of the Central Gulf of Mexico and the Texas state properties along the Texas coast. In 1997 he was promoted to Production Superintendent/Production Engineer. During the next few years Rod worked properties over the entire Gulf of Mexico encompassing 26 properties, 80 platforms, 426 satellite caissons, and 553 active wells producing over 11,000 bopd and 90 mmcfd. In 2003 Mr. Baker began working the non-operated properties as the Production Department representative. This led to working a number of deepwater projects while representing Ocean Energy. At this time he was assigned to Ocean Energy’s first deepwater operated project as the production representative. He worked with the multi-disciplined project team on the Zia 16 mile subsea tieback. In 2004 Mr. Baker joined Extex Operating Company as a production engineer responsible for all the company’s onshore Louisiana properties. He is responsible for identifying and planning the workovers and recompletions along with the daily production optimization. Currently working out of the Lafayette office he is working with the reservoir and geology groups to identify and evaluate a number of drill prospects in the current properties along with identifying new opportunities.

Larry Sienkiewicz - Geoscientist
- Mr. Sienkiewicz received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geological
Sciences from the University of Wisconsin and a Master of Science
in Geology from Louisiana State University. Larry has over twenty-five
years experience working in the Gulf of Mexico for various organizations
including the United States Geological Survey, Gulf Oil Corporation
(Chevron), UNOCAL, DLB Oil and Gas, the Minerals Management Service,
and Exxon Production/ExxonMobil Development Company. In his capacity
as a geologist and geophysicist, Larry has performed exploration
and development, geological and geophysical interpretation of prospects
and producing properties. He has developed several successful prospects
through initial mapping, presentation to management, logging and
completion, including a seven well horizontal drilling program in
South Timbalier Block 53. Larry has also worked on developing fields
in Wyoming, Offshore Eastern Canada, and East Texas. During his
tenure with ExxonMobil, he was a recognized expert in Integrated
Seismic Interpretation and Mature Field Development. Larry has published
several papers including: “Gulf of Mexico Horizontal Well
Improves Attic Oil Recovery in Active Water Drive Reservoir”
SPE/DOE Tenth Symposium on Improved Oil Recover, Tulsa, OK, April
1996; “Origin of Thick Ash-Rich Sediments in the Northern
Gulf of Mexico”, GSA, San Diego, CA 1991; and “Volcanic
Ash Slope Fan Deposits in Ship Shoal and Green Canyon”, UNOCAL
Technical Memorandum. Larry joined Extex in 2004 and has worked
extensively on development of properties in North Texas and South
Louisiana.

Ed Moran - Production Engineer
- Mr. Moran earned a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering
from the University of Texas at Austin prior to joining Extex. Previously
Ed served six years as an enlisted electronics technician and nuclear
reactor operator aboard a Nimitz class nuclear aircraft carrier.
He has worked for both Baker Hughes INTEQ as a Gulf of Mexico MWD/LWD
engineer and for Halliburton in their wire line and perforating
division as a log analyst. Ed has also worked for IHS Energy Log
Services as a petrophysical analyst, where his primary responsibility
was reprocessing older wire line logs, including generating synthetic
sonic logs. He joined Extex Operating Company in 2002 as a well
surveillance coordinator and well log analyst.
